Founder and President
Joe Wiseman is the founder and President of Lost & Found Inc. As President, Joe directs all day to day activities along with financial management and strategic planning. Prior to founding Lost & Found Inc. Joe was highly successful in several roles in the finance and banking industry including Branch Partner at Primary Residential Mortgage, Vice President at Primary Financial Inc. and Area Manager for Wells Fargo Inc. In all roles, Joe has been responsible for revenue growth, P & L management, operations and sales management. Joe earned his B.S. in Business Finance at the University of Akron. In his spare time, he is passionate about fitness, mountain biking, and all water sports.
Jeff Lavoie is Vice President of Sales at Lost & Found Inc. responsible for key accounts and designing and implementing all sales and business development processes and partner initiatives. Prior to joining Lost & Found, Jeff was the VP of Sales/Operations for a leading manufacturer in the industrial energy efficiency building sector. Jeff has over 30 years’ experience in sales and marketing, operations, strategic planning, budgeting and project management. Jeff’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach.
Director Business Development
Neal Vick joined Lost & Found Inc. as Director of Business Development in 2015. Neal is a senior level sales and management professional specializing in multi-channel growth plans and cost reduction. Neal specializing in providing value to businesses by partnering cost analysis with business process improvement and best practices. His sales experience includes affinity sales programs, channel sales development and strategic planning in the telecommunications, treasury and logistics industries.
Lead Auditor, Electronic Payment Processing
Adam Pflaumer is the Lead Auditor for Lost & Found’s Electronic Payments Processing Division and has held this role since 2012. Adam has over 20 years of experience in the merchant credit card processing industry. Adam began his career in the merchant payments industry in 1994, and since then he has held senior management positions for the most reputable firms in the merchant card acquiring industry including First Data, Union Bank of California, and Global Payments. Most recently Adam worked for Connect Merchant Payment Services where he held the position of President until 2007, at which time he stepped away to form one of the first “processor neutral” expense management firms specializing in payments.
Mr. Pflaumer’s expertise includes pricing, interchange, transaction delivery systems, chargeback and risk mitigation, PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance, point of sales equipment, customer and sales support call center management, residual reporting systems, merchant service contracts, and supply management. Mr. Pflaumer is a member of the Electronic Transaction Association and holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration (Finance) from San Diego State University.

Lead Auditor, Telecommunications
Shawn Krahenbuhl is the Lead Auditor for Telecommunications for Lost & Found Inc. Shawn has over 25 years of experience in key leadership roles in the telecommunications industry. As Lead Auditor for Telecommunications for Lost & Found. Shawn is responsible for auditing and account management of clients throughout the United States with a special focus in all facets of telecommunications auditing, analysis, and management. Previous roles include team management, financials, loss prevention, human resources, and merchandising.
Lead Auditor, Waste & Recycling
Sophia Vallozzi has over twenty years of experience in the waste and recycling industry. As the Lead Auditor, Waste and Recycling for Lost & Found Inc., she visits our client’s sites to review their waste handling practices and performs extensive due diligence to ensure our clients receive the most favorable rates from their waste and recycling vendors. She began her career in the waste and recycling industry in 1996, and has since held sales, marketing and municipal contract management positions for one of the largest waste management service providers in the country. Her portfolio of clients includes hospitals, universities, large apartment complexes, grocery chains, manufacturing companies and many other industry segments.
